Reese Mountain Cur Mix Hiawatha, KS

note from foster mom - Reese is a bit shy at first but quickly warms up . She does love to cuddle after she has gotten out all of her energy out by going outside for a run or running & playing with her Sister Lucy, our other dogs & her toys inside.
She is learning to walk with a harness on . Reese is doing an EXCELLENT job off running without me holding her leash. She comes on command or will stay right at my side.
She also likes going out to help feed & play with our barn cats & and get along with every dog She has met.
We are working on a kenneling schedule with her so that her Furever family could leave her during the day in a kennel for up to 4 hours at a time. Currently, we are only at 2 hr. I add 15 minutes to her time each day.
She is doing amazingly well with kennel training. I don't hear a sound from her as long as I have the diffuser turned on with lavender in it.
During the night She sleeps from 10pm
-6 am .
She goes straight outside to potty or to her potty pad by the door.
On these days, it's so cold even with her winter coat that none of the dogs want to stay outside even long enough to potty.
Reese is very intelligent & figures things out very quickly.
We currently are working on sitting, leaving it , & look at me commands.
Reese would make anyone an excellent companion for a single person to a family with children.
Whoever is the fortunate person's to give Reese a Furever Home, I will send her diffuser & lavender with her, along with her collar , harness & sweater. Oh, I must not forget to send her purple crinkle duck that she loves.
Reese will not give up until she finds where that scent is going too. Today she search until she found the rabbit den.
Meet Reese!!! Ricky and his adorable sisters are mutt mix pups and as sweet and SMART as they come!!! Lucy and Reese are in a foster home and foster mama said they are soooo sweet, smart, and catching on to potty training and commands quickly! We SAVED this litter from being euthanized at just 5 weeks of age in a high kill shelter. Mama is a 45-50 lb mutt mix. Adoption fee is reduced to $125
