Red is a sweet 5 month old southern gal who is just sweet as pie! She has had a hard life up until now yet smothers you with kisses and tag wags. She loves to cuddle, can be your shadow because she likes to know where you are, and is slowly learning being crated isn't the scary thing it used to be. She's already improved so much in the short time she's been in our home.
She LOVES the resident cats (Click here to see!)and enjoys following our dog around to sniff all the sniffs. She would do well with another companion animal in the home to help her keep gaining confidence and assurance.
She is food motivated so that's helping her with training and we're working on focusing on commands because, well she's a puppy and she's very "squirrel!!" at the moment. She loves de-stuffing her toys and trotting around the room swinging them back and forth. Her favorite is to flip them over her head then pounce on them. Her zoomies outside are epic and show her zest for life.
She needs someone who will take the time and give her the patience she needs to keep coming out of her shell at her own pace. She can sing all the songs of her people in her crate at times so no shared walls would be best. She is going to be the most amazing dog, she just needs the help to get her there. Do you have the big heart she needs to show the world just how big hers is too?
