Meet Reba
Here's what a volunteer said about Reba: "Reba is a dashing gal! She was a little wary of me in her kennel, but once I offered her some treats she decided I was cool . She was easy to leash and walked well. She did seem a bit nervous around new people as we walked to the yard. Once outside, she busied herself with sniffing around and struck me as an independent gal. However, once I took a seat she would occasionally come up to me and jump up on my lap to receive attention and pets! It felt like she was checking up on me after scoping out the yard . She seemed somewhat interested in toys, but more interested in what was going on around her. She's a very observant pup! Reba would thrive in a patient home where she can learn that strangers aren't so bad ."
On 8/3/24 I visited Reba in her kennel. She was barking at the front, but calmed down and gave a friendly tail wag when treats were offered. She took treats gently. I opened the door and offered more treats. I tried to pet her, but she shied her head away.
