Meet Ranger, a playful and friendly pup ready to find his forever home! Ranger is Rae's brother, and just like her, he gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While he isn't a big fan of being crated, he does settle down after a bit of encouragement and sleeps well once he's comfortable. Ranger has made great progress in a short time: he's pee pad and crate trained, though house potty training is still a work in progress since he's only had a week to adjust after leaving the shelter. With patience and consistency, he'll continue to improve. On walks, Ranger is fantastic, happily trotting alongside on his leash and greeting everyone with a wag. His super-friendly demeanor makes him a joy to be around, though he has a playful habit of nipping when he wants attention. This behavior is easily managed with a little training--and a squirt bottle works wonders to remind him of boundaries. Ranger is independent, content to play on his own or engage with other dogs if his humans are busy. He has a fun-loving spirit that will bring energy and happiness to any household.
