Meet Ranger
Ranger is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near West Henrietta/Rochester, New York.
If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
Ranger is a male mixed breed, our Apple AI is saying breed mixes including American Foxhound, Mountain Cur, American English Coonhound, Beagle etc...but we can say he is a bundle of joy!
-~11 months old and weighs 33 pounds (December 8th).
-He came into our rescue as an abandoned dog, miles away from civilization, so he was dumped there on purpose.
-Was quite shy and scared of people when we got him, but he has quickly come out of his shell and absolutely loves people now!
-Currently being fostered and is learning crate and leash training.
-Does well with other dogs and we assume with children and cats as well since he is young.
