Meet Radar II
Radar is a 2 year old working-line German Shepherd, weighing in around 80 pounds. He is house trained and crate trained.
Radar completed a board and train program at Modern K9 Solutions. He has a good foundation in basic obedience such as walking on a loose leash and following commands such as sit, come, down and place.
Radar may be a good candidate for agility, as he loves the tunnels! He would love a home where he goes on regular walks, and would enjoy a jogging companion. Radar is a high energy dog who will benefit from regular mental and physical exercise. His ideal home is one familiar with training with their previous dogs. In working with Radar his new people will need to set boundaries and consistently communicate their intent.
Radar would prefer to live as an only dog. With the right home and proper management, he may also be able to have a dog friend. Radar has not been tested with cats. Due to his energy and a propensity for jumping we are not recommending he go to a home with toddlers.
