Meet Rabbit/Jager

This adorable boy was adopted as a young puppy from our rescue by the name of Rabbit from our Winnie the Pooh Litter. Unfortunately, his family dynamics have changed and his family feels they don't have the time necessary to spend with a young, energetic dog. He is now used to being called Jager and he's still a pup since he was born 1/22/23 and currently weighs 55 pounds. Jager is listed as a Shepherd mix. Here is what his Family want us to share with you about Jager. He has been around other dogs and he loves to try and make friends with them. Has not been around cats. He loves kids but has no concept of personal space. He is crate trained and he goes to bed around 10/11 in his kennel. He is housebroken but has occasional accidents if you're not looking for him to do his door signal.
He's full of personality and sass and he'll talk to you if you hoot back at him. He only loves to cuddle on his terms but loves to lay right by or on your feet.
Since Jager is a medium sized dog, so we like to recommend a home with a fenced in backyard and/or plans for daily exercise and socialization. If you're not ready to adopt, we'd love to find a Foster home for Jager!
