Meet Quesita! This sweet gentle girl is an absolute doll of dog and we estimate that she is around 1-3 years old. She is one of several Anatolian Shepherds who have recently come into our care, a breed known for being very intelligent and profoundly loyal. Quesita loves leisurely strolls, cuddling on the couch, and really anything as long as it involves spending time with her people. If you're looking for a lovely, mellow companion, ask to meet Quesita today!
Why you ask? Because Quesita is so SWEET-a! But seriously, Quesita is an incredibly sweet dog. She is happy almost all of the time, and content to just share space with her people. She will sleep anywhere, a dog bed, carpet, hard wood floor – but strangely enough she won’t get on your bed. (that’s not a bad thing btw) What she will do is stay with you. Quesita is very attentive and when on walks, she keeps her eye on her person all the time. This makes her a DREAM to walk, and she has excellent recall when in the yard. She definitely doesn’t want her person to get away from her! Quesita is also pretty quiet. If she is going to bark, it is usually just one time and because she’s heard the doorbell. Quesita loves to sit with you on the couch and watch TV, or next to your chair if you’re sitting. She is house trained and crate trained, gentle, and just easy to be around. Quesita did live with a lot of dogs in her previous life but she may have a hard time sharing her family with another dog at this stage in her life – we aren’t sure about that so if you have another dog, we encourage you to bring him along.
