-Personality: Adventurous, silly, energetic
-Can Live with Kids: We are recommending older teens (16 years plus) since she can be a bit rough around the edges!
-Can Live with Cats: Not recommended
-Can Live with Dogs: She has shown some signs of resource guarding with a puppy she was housed with here at the shelter so any new adopters should be aware that this may need some additional training if introducing to any new dogs. With that info, she could possibly live with another high energy dog. Queenie would likely not do well with senior, small, or shy dogs.
-Can do Apartment Living: Not recommended due to size and energy.
-Potty Trained: Seems to be!
-Bite History: No
-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Yes, one to two private lessons depending on adopters' experience.
-Energy Level: High!
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes a spay and microchip.
-Additional Information: Queenie is a young girl who is looking for her new best friend. She needs someone who can spend plenty of time working on basic skills (IE leash skills/basic manners). It is required that she is signed up for one to two training classes, although it is definitely recommended that she is signed up for more. She has your typical energetic puppy behavior which means she likes to jump up on you, and she can also be a bit rough when taking treats.
