Meet Puppies
This litter of puppies will be available for adoption as of January 6. The adoption fee to adopt a puppy is $600.00.
Their mom was abandoned at a truck stop in New Mexico. A very kind man who was passing through for work, found her, and on their way back to California, she delivered this litter of puppies.
The puppies have been well socialized and taken care of in a loving home. Their mom has a wonderful disposition, and she weighs right at 50 pounds. We have a picture of her if you are interested in seeing what she looks like. We are uncertain as to what the puppies are mixed with, so make sure that you are OK with the dog that could get up to 70 pounds. Most of the puppies look cattle dog or border collie mix; herding breeds are very common in this part of New Mexico.
Puppies need a very dedicated family that will commit to training and socialization so that they grow up to be well adjusted adult dogs. Puppies also need companionship, so there must be a stay-at-home person in the house, having a second dog would be ideal so that the puppy has a playmate. Children over the age of five is recommended.
If you have never owned a dog before and are considering a puppy, please make sure you do your research so that you understand the amount of work that is involved in raising a nine-week-old puppy.
