Name: Pria
Nickname: Sweet Girl or Mrs. Pria
Age: 2 years (as of 11/1/18)
Activity Level: My activity level is medium, I love to play and wrestle with my foster sister.
Things I do in my free time: I love to run and hop on all 4 legs. I love to play with my foster sister (she is a boxer/whippet mix). We wrestle and play. I eat when I'm hungry (foster mom leaves food in my dish). I also like to chew on bones, stuffed animals (that are for dogs), and I love attention. When I'm tired, I like to cuddle up with foster mom or foster sister. I like to follow foster mom all over the place. I also like to go to the pet friendly stores (PetSmart, Home Depot and Runnings) with my foster sister and foster mom. I do very well on a leash, meeting new people and dogs (all shapes and sizes). I also like to give hugs.
Things I know: I know how to sit, the words no, treat, outside and go eat. I have to wait until foster mom gets food ready for my foster sister and myself before I can go eat, so I sit and wait until she says go eat. I also know when she says outside, that it's time to go outside and do my business and play. I know the word treat and nicely. I can take treats out of your hand nicely. I know that when foster mom puts her hand in my food or water dish, that I need to stop eating or drinking, so I don't accidentally bite her hand. When foster mom says no, I know I need to stop what I am doing. I am crate trained.
Things I am learning: I am learning not to jump on people (I am just so happy and excited to see you!) I am learning that I need to run to the door and either scratch at the door or move or touch this green thing that makes noise (green ribbon with bells that hangs from the door knob) to alert foster mom that I need to go outside. I am learning to lay down, shake with one paw, and stay. I am also learning that I have to share and not take away my foster sister's treats when we are given them. Foster mom says I take baths very well and that I listen well.
Kids: I love them!! (I like all people of all shapes and sizes)
Dogs: I haven't met one yet that I didn't like, I've met and played with a lot of other dogs - big dogs, medium dogs and little dogs.
Cats: What is a cat?
Size: I am a small/medium size dog.
Car Rides: I am ok on car rides, sometimes you may have to "help" me get into the car.
Additional Info: I bark sometimes, but it's only when I am playing (foster mom says I sound like a gremlin). I haven't barked at anyone or anything (yet). I like to snuggle as close to foster mom as possible. I snore in my sleep. I am very active. I love meeting new people and dogs. Foster mom says I am always happy, sweet and very energetic. My tail is always wagging. My whole body wiggles when I am happy or excited. I like to lay on dog beds or blankets. I do love to give hugs and kisses.
