Meet Poppy!

Poppy is a sweet and soulful 2-3year-old pup who's just starting to embrace all that life has to offer. She dreams of finding her forever home where she can truly live the "golden life. This poor girl was found with many injuries, including a skull fracture and road rash. Vets say that her injuries are consistent with either being hit by a car or being thrown from one. She is all better now.

Poppy is a people lover at heart and thrives on human connection. Whether it's lounging on a comfy dog bed, snuggling up on the couch, or relaxing on a bed, she's all about cozy moments. She also has a soft spot for chew toys, making her the perfect companion for quiet evenings in.

While she adores her humans, Poppy appreciates her own space when it comes to other dogs, so she'd do best as the only dog in the home. She is not a fan of bouncy dogs in her face. She's ready to pour all her love and loyalty into her special person.
