MY STORY: 1/21 Pongo sleeps through the night now. After his sister got adopted he was a bit lonely, but he seems pretty confident now.
He is definitely on his way to being house trained, though we keep our eyes on him, and put him out frequently. He probably is about 80- 90% successful.
He plays like a puppy with our young dog. The elderly dog will give him a low growl and he’ll jump away and find something else to play with. But his spurts of energy are pretty short. I teach online and if I put his dog bed next to me, he’ll sleep for hours.
I think he’d be great with anyone - he’s super lovable!
1/12 Pongo has matured so much in the short time we've had him. He's learned to run up and down the stairs, play nicely with his foster dog siblings, and he settles down quickly. He is really on his way with getting house trained. He has kept his crate dry for several days, too. He loves being held and taking naps on your lap, but he is also learning that his crate with lots of blankies and a couple chew toys are also great.
Pongo jumps high and on everything quickly. We call him “Pogo” because of it. When not being a playful puppy, he will snuggle and binge watch Netflix with any available human, or dog! He’s getting better about house training, but he gets cold and shivers easily. He doesn’t find the snow as fun as his sister does!
This dog does shed and is not hypoallergenic.

Our dogs are located in foster homes throughout the state. We do not have a facility. Adopters must be 24 years old.We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. Most of our dogs are strays, so the breed is our best guess.
