Meet PIPPA (Spayed!)
PIPPA has the sweetest face and is a really friendly dog. She arrived at the shelter in early May 2024 and staff has listed her as a one year old Lab mix. She gets along with other dogs just fine and staff currently has her kenneled with two young females who also are friendly and playful. Luckily for her, PIPPA was selected for spay surgery on August 29, the second day trial run of the new spay/neuter clinic in town. As a result, she can go home the same day that she is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. the shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking a dog collar and a leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt PIPPA. Even better, take a dog crate with you to that appointment. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
