Meet Pikachu
Pikachu is a very lively little puppy. He's a 5.8lbs, 9 month old Shih Tsu. Pikachu is still very much a puppy, so he will need a family where someone can be with him most of the time, to work on his behaviors. No families with small children, please. Pikachu has been neutered, chipped, and has had age-appropriate shots.
