History: Came to MN by way of TX. Phoebe is the mom to the "Snack Pack" puppies that were all adopted in November/December 2019.

From the Foster: Phoebe is a shy, petite little girl who loves being loved. She will spend her day snuggling on the couch, playing with her foster dog brother or going for a hike (as long as it’s not too cold). She just likes to be with “her people”. She is VERY well behaved. She knows “come” and “sit”. She is good on a leash, but we are working on better leash manners as well as other basic commands such as down and stay. She has met a couple kids and did well although she was very shy. This will likely improve over time. If you’re looking for the perfect companion, Phoebe is your girl!
