Phineas is a gentle, friendly, and smart baby puppy that has a soft touch and loves toys. He is quiet, affectionate, and very curious about the world around him. He loves to play with his canine siblings, and gets along with other dogs he meets. Phineas would love a home with a family who will shower him with love, attention, and affection.
