Meet PETUNIA
Petunia is a rescued puppy who was infested with fleas and ticks, while running thirsty in extreme heat. At 35 lbs, she is high energy. She is very sweet, submissive, and has no food aggression. She loves to play with a pack of dogs and sometimes wears them out. She is not good with babies, and she has a high prey drive for squirrels at minimum. Petunia is smart - Petunia especially has two spouts of high energy, once when she gets up early in the morning before breakfast, and another episode before supper. Otherwise, she seems to have adopted the energy level of a senior pack. Also, she knows how to amuse herself with toys, and she loves back scratches. She has been thriving on vegan Natural Balance kibbles. She is currently being fostered in Commerce, Texas (1.5 hours NE of DFW); however the foster will drive her to place her in her new home.
