Hello friends!

My name is Peter! You can call me Petey, Peter Pan, or whatever other nicknames you can come up with!

I am a Texas boy! Have ya'll ever heard that the best things come in small packages? I am 3-4 years old and a whopping 8lb! I am a little skinny, so with some good food, maybe I can bump myself up to the 9lb mark! Almost as big as Texas!

My foster mom thinks I am a Chiweenie (chihuahua/Dachshund mix). I am fostered with kids and other dogs large and small, and love them all! I could fit into most any forever home! I like to play but I also like to just hang out and cuddle up on a fluffy blanket too. My energy level is low/medium. I would love to go on some walks but won't require extensive exercise. I am pint sized so I am very portable too! I can travel around in the car with you, or even on the airplane if we have big plans together! I am doing well with house training on a schedule, and will need a home that can help me continue on a routine. I am kennel trained and happy to cuddle up for a nap when my people are away. If you are someone who likes fashion, do note I look very dapper in little sweaters and I hear winters in Minnesota are a bit different than Texas so I am hoping ya'll will help me get prepared!
