Meet Periwinkle (34838-d)

Meet Periwinkle (34 pounds)! She came to the shelter as a very nervous and shy stray. Since being in the shelter, she has opened up some to certain people and become a staff favourite! It can take a little time and treats to earn her trust and become her friend but, once you do, she will lean on you, lick your face and sit in your lap. She loves to zoom around the play yard and sniff around on walks. She might do OK with dogs if she has a chance to meet them first and they aren't "too much" for her. She is very treat motivated and loves her stuffies! If you're interested in meeting Perwinkle, stop by the shelter during walk in hours (Thurs 12-6:30 & Fri-Sun 12-4PM) or call/email to set up an appointment!
