MY STORY: Peppa came to CBHS as a stray.

AGE: Approximately 4 months old.

Meet Peppa!

When you see Peppa you will probably say something like “Awww Puppy!” and then immediately want to take her home. We don’t blame you; she is cute as a button! Peppa is everything wonderful when it comes to puppy life, she is adorable, she’s playful, and there’s always puppy kisses! Once you finally get past the initial shock of how cute she is, the reality of puppy ownership will sink in. This adorable energetic ball of fur needs some direction.

We aren’t exactly sure what makes up the DNA of this adorable chocolate colored pup. Whatever it may be, she sure is adorable. We feel she is probably a mix of a bully type breed, but we have no idea where the naturally docked tail comes from. She’s unique!

Peppa is a high energy and high drive puppy who loves to go, go, go. If you are looking for a laid-back dog that doesn’t require much activity, well you probably aren’t the best fit for Miss Peppa. Peppa is a very smart dog that is constantly on the move. She loves toys! Tug o war, fetch, stuffed toys, you name it, she loves it. Peppa is working on learning the command sit.

Since Peppa arrived as a stray, it is unknown if she has ever lived with other animals. She did meet a few other dogs at CBHS, and she definitely needs to learn some manners when greeting fellow doggy friends. Peppa is very vocal towards the other dogs she meets and is a bit intense. Her behaviors could instigate negative behaviors from the other dogs that she is meeting. She would benefit from a home that can help her learn proper socialization and manners.
Peppa would love a home where she will receive the love, training, and care that she deserves and she thinks your family would be perfect!
