Penny LOVES people. She is sweet & cuddly. She got off to a ruff start in life and was removed from an abusive owner, but that has not changed her love of people. She is still trying to figure out toys and walking on a leash but does well with a little correction. Penny will make some lucky family a wonderful family member.
