Penny is a 1 year old, 47 pound Lab mix. All she wants is a family (one that will give her tummy scratches) and lots of LOVE. This friendly dog has not received that love she deserves so far in life but all it takes is one person to turn that around for her. Can you help Penny?
Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
The dog/cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter, MICROCHIP, age-appropriate shots and health check. Use pet's ID # when inquiring.
