Originally from Tennessee, Penjamin has been through a lot-his shelter was hit by a hurricane-but that hasn't dampened his playful spirit one bit! His adorable nub tail wags at full speed whenever he sees his favorite humans (which is basically everyone), and his charming smile is guaranteed to melt hearts.
