We care deeply for Penny, and she is incredibly attached to us, but her anxiety makes it hard for her to attend events or meet new people. She needs a calm, stable environment with someone who will be patient and committed to helping her feel safe and loved. Ideally, this person would have a high-fenced yard where she can relax and take her time adjusting, building a bond slowly and thoughtfully.
