Meet Penelope
Penelope was on the euthanasia list at a Houston shelter. They are so overpopulated that most strays are placed up for adoption, but if not adopted they are euthanized.
Home Run Hounds pulled Penelope from the shelter on the same day she was scheduled to be put to sleep.
She is now in a foster home in Mesa with another dog and she has been so wonderful with the dogs she has met!
Penelope is a FUN loving girl who seems to be good with everyone she meets. She LOVES to play and would be a terrific walking/running buddy and best friend.
