Pecan is an 8 week old Chihuahua mix puppy looking for a forever home!

Located in Bogalusa, LA

Pecan is from the Christmas Nut Butter litter.
His 6 siblings are also still available.
Their mom is a 20 lb Min Pin mix.
We aren't sure who dad is.
Pecan should grow up to be about Mom's size. He is currently 6 lbs as of February 16th.

The adoption fee is 4 0 0 and includes 4 sets of shots and spay/neuter when old enough. We have him marked as neutered because HE WILL BE eventually.

Pecan's personality growing up has been playful, social, silly, and sweet. As a growing puppy, his true personality has yet to shine through. We hope to find him a home with another adult dog around to show him the ropes!

Adoption Requirements:
Please be patient with us as it can take up to 2 weeks to process your application. We will contact you for additional information if you are pre-selected. We are unable to respond to every application we receive at this time. We require an application, phone interview, and an excellent history of pet ownership to be considered for adoption. We only adopt to first time pet owners on a case-by-case basis. Adoption fees vary. We do adopt out of state but we can not provide transport at this time. We offer a trial period for adoptions to ensure a smooth transition. As a nonprofit organization run by volunteers, we spend time caring for and learning about each dog and their personalities. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason as to ensure the best fitting home for each of our dogs. If you can not meet these requirements at this time, we ask that you consider adoption from your local animal shelter instead.
