PEARL Boston Terrier Ironwood, MI

This beautiful canine is PEARL, a 5 year old female Boston Terrier, who if she could speak in human language, must have quite the story to tell. PEARL and her friend ANCHOVY, along with a 2nd male Boston, were found abandoned at a closed, remote campground just before our first large snowfall. Thankfully a couple of good Samaritans came to their aid and after looking for their owners for a day, brought them into HOPE so we could continue the search for their owners. We were able to local the owner of the male Boston, but so far the owner of PEARL and ANCHOVY has not come forward, so these lucky canines are now ready to leave their pasts behind and start their new lives with forever families that will keep them safe. Since PEARL did not come in with an owner, not much is known about this sweet girl, but what we do know it that she is friendly with staff both male and female and seems to be okay with the other dogs here at the shelter. PEARL does seem like a typical Boston Terrier who loves her humans and would much rather be in a home than in a shelter.
