Meet PEARL
Meet Pearl! This adolescent black lab GSD mix came to the Shelter from a loving home but did not experience much of the world before coming to the Shelter. Things can be scary for her and while she mostly avoids, if people do not listen to her body language she communicates her need for space more loudly. Beneath that hard shell, is a delicate Pearl waiting to shine. Pearl would thrive in a quiet home with a dog savvy adopter who will give her the time and patience to warm up. A home with another dog-savvy dog may be a fit for Pearl provided they meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. A home with kids is not recommended. Pearls adopters will be required to commit to force free training to increase her confidence and comfort with the world around her.
