Patrick is a sweet, affectionate and playful dog with mild to moderate cerebellar hypoplasia. He came to Murci's Mission from a local family losing their housing and unable to continue care. Patrick has an estimated birthdate of 01/01/2019. At 33lbs, he is compact and easy to lift or support as needed.

Patrick can get around with some support, but he does fall and roll around often. He can live in any household, and covering sharp furniture corners and the edges of mantles and stairs etc will help him stay safe. He can't do stairs on his own, but can with assistance, and a baby gate will keep him from having a fall down the stairs. He eats urinary tract health food to control UTI's, and he is house trained as long as he's taken out routinely.

Patrick has no behavioral issues and he loves other dogs and cats. He's good with kids and enjoys attention from anyone. He is a great option for a family who likes a less active lifestyle or has a small living space that may be less suitable to more physical dogs.

Patrick is microchipped, fully vaccinated and dewormed, and neutered. He will come home with medical records and a leash and collar, support harnesses, as well as a sample of his food.
