Patchy American Staffordshire Terrier Conshohocken, PA

Meet Patchy, a 6-year-old male Staffordshire Terrier who’s looking for a fresh start after his family was unfortunately evicted. While moving, Patchy managed to escape and ended up at the shelter, but his family is no longer able to take him back. Now he’s searching for a new home where he can be loved and cared for.

Patchy is a sweet, housebroken boy who loves treats and takes them gently. While he hasn’t been around other dogs in his previous home or here at the shelter, he’s been a loyal companion to his family. He did live with three children, but he’s feeling a bit nervous in the shelter environment, so we recommend a home with older children who can provide him the calm and patience he needs to adjust.

Patchy is a strong boy and could benefit from some leash training to help him walk more confidently. He’s already neutered and, before being adopted, we’ll make sure he’s microchipped and up-to-date on all of his vaccinations.
