Parker Black Mouth Cur & Labrador Retriever Mix Rochester, NY

PARKER is a super sweet and friendly tripod pup who was hit by a car and ended up having to have one of his front legs amputated. He's adjusting great, though, and gets around fine. He loves to play and really enjoys attentions and pets. He's 2-3 and seems to be some kind of maybe cur labby houndy mix? A very mixy mix. He's around 60 lbs and currently is being fostered in a home with kids and is great with them, as well as with the other dogs in his home. Parker is a great dog who will make a perfect addition to some lucky person's home! (he is on the schedule for neutering and microchip and that is included in his adoption fee at our vet even if he's adopted before that happens)

Adoption fee covers: all vetting to age (including deworming, flea & tick etc), spay/neuter and microchip after 6 months of age at our clinic, $60 rebate for completion of positive-based training classes, and lifetime support of rescue.

We do most application processing virtually and dog meets will be individually by appointment with ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS. We are not a shelter and are completely volunteer foster-based, so there is no central place to come see all of the dogs available.

PLEASE NOTE: If a dog is listed as Adoptable, he or she is still available at that time. Also, our adoption area is within a several hour radius of us in Rochester, NY (NOT including Canada for puppies who haven’t yet gotten their rabies shot - sorry!)
