Sweet, stunning Paris is a loving, attentive gal who is all about her people. Approximately 1 yr old, 35#, most likely a mix of Border Collie and Aussie. She’s friendly and curious. Loves a good Yak cheese stick, breakfast!(), and taking her people out for a walk.

Described as Velcro with her people, Paris looks deep into your eyes, seeking that connection only a BFF with four legs can make. She’s the best listener and confidante… maybe even part therapist? Her theme song is “I Want to Hold Your Hand” by The Beatles – she’s a touchy girl who lights up when showered with affection.

A life of balance works well for Paris: quiet time is important to her, but so are sniffaris and regular checks on the news of the day around the neighborhood (and the squirrel population). She wants to take obedience classes so she can go everywhere with her people. She loves to say hi to human friends of all ages, including a quick hello to new dogs she encounters

As she’s gotten more comfortable in her foster home, we’re seeing a bit of herding behavior in this pretty girl. Paris reads the room well: if other dogs don’t want to be herded or need some down time, she understands and can be redirected. She will likely try to herd kitties and very small children living in the home.

Paris is a fan of her crate. Occasionally gets a shot of zoomie energy while on a walk, bursting out with such joy that it makes you laugh out loud. She’s not a fan of loud noises, looking to her people to keep her safe when she’s unsure. Best with a fenced yard or a mature family that will keep her safe on leash.

Her foster mom says: Paris started out pretty shy, but she’s blossomed into a fabulous companion. She’s playing with toys and other dogs and brings a true love of life to every day!

Paris is being fostered in Minneapolis, MN.

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved. We are located in Minnesota and adopt to an area 400 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Paris' adoption fee is $450 + MN sales tax. She is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. All of our dogs go to their new homes with a collar and harness, leash, starter food, blanket, favorite toys & treats. They are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
