Meet Otto! He is a male Jack Russell Terrier mix who is as sweet as they come. Here is what his foster mom says about him: Otto loves all other dogs, cats, and adores every human he meets. He loves cuddles with his people as much as wrestling with dogs 8 times his size! He is amazing in the car and great on a leash with a harness. Otto is also crate trained and mostly potty trained but still getting used to his new environment and letting his foster family know when he needs to go.
