Meet Otis

This sweet guy is Otis. Otis is a special beagle boy who is looking for the right home. He weighs about 25 pounds. Otis had some severe medical issues when he was puppy. He had seizures that landed him in the ER a couple times. He has not had any seizures recently and is medically stable at this time without any medications. Otis is just over 2 and a half years old. He has some training and housebreaking. He will have some accidents when he first gets into a new place. Here are Otis' quirks. He is likely inbred. He has a very long upper jaw that makes it so he has trouble drinking water sometimes. He gets it done, but it looks a little weird. He also has extra toes on both front feet. He may have some decreased vision. We are recommending children 10+ due to that. He is good with other dogs and has lived with kids previously. We have about 40 pages of medical records for Otis. He is already neutered and rabies vaccinate.
We know he isn't going to be an easy adoption, but Otis deserves a chance. His adoption fee is $70 and includes a license.
