Meet Oscar

Oscar came into rescue after being tied to a pole during hurricane Francine. He was completely emaciated with mange and covered in wounds. He's healed so well, covered in hair and loving life!! He's an amazing, spunky, sweet boy that loves everyone and is just a silly guy. He's great in his kennel and doing amazing potty training. He's even able to be left out of his kennel for shorter periods. He'd love active home with kids or another dog or someone looking for fun! He's a big snuggle bug as well ?
