SATURDAY, MARCH 1, from 12-3PM: PUPPY PALOOZA ADOPTION EVENT at the MERRIAM PETSMART located at 5810 Antioch Rd, Merriam, KS 66202. Come meet all the puppies waiting for their forever families, and let us help you find a new family member.

OREO is a beautiful girl with a pretty coat! She is 4 years old and she weighs 67 lbs. Oreo is a big, gentle, sweet girl. She's timid until she gets to know you and then she's your best buddy! She is good with other dogs.
ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
