Meet Opal
Meet Opal!
Opal was surrendered by her owners unfortunatly after their landlord changed policies and could no longer keep her.
Opal is a super goofy and fun loving girl who is loving life in foster but can't wait for her perfect forever hom. In her foster, she lives with large and small dogs, 3 cats, and a 3 year old and 5 year old kid, she has done great with everyone. She is nervous in new environments and with new people, but with a little patience, she will come out of her shell quickly!
She is a bit of a door dasher, so her foster has put a small puppy gate around her front door for safety. So far she has done great with potty training and follows the other dogs in and out easily.
She sleeps through the night with no accidents as long as she has gone out after dinner!
She loves to play chase with the other dogs in the home and we think she would really like to have a home with another dog to play with.
She is still a puppy so she is learning new things everyday, she is teething so she's a little mouthy and will chew if things are left on the floor of course, so you'll just want to keep floors picked up and make sure she has plenty of puppy toys!
She is very vocal so she is probably not a good fit for an apartment.
