Meet Omega

This little MOPAR litter wants to race to their new families and take home a checkered flag.

With a guesstimated birthday of March 16, 2023, Omega weighed about 18 lb at her spay surgery in Oct. 2023

Each pup is snuggly and sweet. They love to play and don't mind the big dogs in their foster pack. They ignore the cats and try to keep their crate clean overnight. They need to go out as soon as someone is awake, though! If kept on a regular schedule of 1 hour, they successfully eliminate outside.

Omega is smaller than her twin, Phi. The best way to tell the difference is their size and Omega's nose is completely black. She is also a little bit of an adventurer and loves to explore.

Omega doesn't seem to hear some noises. Her brother was completely deaf, but Omega will look when she hears dogs barking. She doesn't respond to "come get a cookie" from her foster mom. Maybe typical teenager selective hearing?

Omega is leash savvy and comfy in a 36" crate. She likes to snuggle on her blanket, then wad it up in the corner to sleep on. She also loves to give kisses :)

Omega is house-trained when kept on a regular schedule - currently once an hour when the household is awake. She can keep her crate clean overnight, but needs a potty break before bedtime and immediately when her foster mom gets up.

**********

Whether dogs / puppies come in as strays or owner surrenders, we make our best guess as to birthdate and breed.

For adult dogs, our adoption fee covers a standard canine vaccine, a rabies vaccine, and deworming if recommended by our vet. Adult dogs will also have current heartworm test. For puppies over the age of 14 weeks, our adoption fee covers the first 3 puppy vaccines. If the puppy is still in our care at 16 weeks, we will also provide the rabies vaccine.

A vet reference is required only if you are adopting an intact dog over 6 months of age (or the age our attending veterinarian recommends for spay/neuter) to ensure future altering of the dog. A refundable spay/neuter deposit is required for intact dogs/puppies.
