Meet Olive in TN - Adorable & Super Sweet!

This gorgeous young girl is Olive and she is as sweet as she is adorable! Olive is a happy girl who loves people and gets along great with other dogs. She came from a farmer/breeder where all of the pups from last year's litter never sold and a lot of them started having babies of their own. Luckily we were able to get this beautiful girl safe to rescue before they were confiscated as a neglect case. Olive came in very thin and she is still a growing girl so will fill out as she gains weight. Olive is now learning how to walk on leash and doing great. She is playful and does well with other dogs and grew up with cats so she does well with kitties. She will be new to indoor living but she is very neat in her kennel so she will likely pick up house training easily enough. She is mostly Pyrenees with a smidge of Komondor mixed in (1/8 Komondor to be exact). Olive is a very sweet good natured girl who loves attention and affection and will thrive in a home with a family of her own. She came from a sad situation but despite a rough beginning, she and her littermates are doing fantastic now in rescue and love attention and affection. We cannot wait to see this beautiful girl get a great home of her own!

Due to the high level of interest we can't respond to emails unless an application has been submitted.

Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature (www.nationalpyr.org/know-the-breed) and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.

Secure VISIBLE fencing is required; invisible fencing WILL NOT contain this breed.
