Meet Olive
Olive is a sweet, energetic, loving girl who needs an active home. She was surrendered as a poodle/terrier mix, but it's evident to her foster humans that she has a lot of Wolfhound in her.
Olive had a sheltered puppyhood, so we're just learning about how she behaves outside the home. She's enthusiastic about meeting other dogs but hasn't had the chance for a playdate yet.
She needs a *lot* of exercise and attention. She'll follow you around the house and always wants to be near people. She loves to shred cardboard but hasn't shown any truly destructive tendencies.
She does get over-excited when she sees people and dogs. We're working on helping her develop social skills!
She's smart as a whip and is learning lots of commands including down, stay, leave it, and place.
She will do best in a home with a large fenced-in yard and humans who will play with her often! She would make a great running or hiking buddy! Olive is currently being fostered in Arlington. Apply at http://alldogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs/adoption-application/!
