Meet Odysseus
I'm Odysseus (or "Odie") and I have been on a journey all over Oak Ridge! I was famous on Facebook for a few days, but now I'm finally safe at the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter. Some helpers put me in the Carl Yearwood Skatepark so that Animal Control could come pick me up! I was very nervous, and it took 3 Animal Control Officers and one ORPD Officer to catch me, but now I feel safe with my warm bed and food!
Sweet Odysseus is the dog seen running around town for a while. He has probably seen some rough times. After receiving some TLC and good food at the shelter, he's now ready for adoption. Odie is sweet, friendly, and a little nervous. He is learning that people can be good and trusted. This gentle boy just needs a soft place to land.
