Nyah bio: Hi, I’m Nyah. I came to Minnesota Pit Bull Rescue from Texas with my brother Nash. I’ll be 5 months old on 5/5/2019. When I first got here I was really shy, but my foster mom says I’m getting more and more confident every day. Foster mom calls me by my name but she’s also called me Ni-Ni and Nellie. I like to hang out on the couch, go for walks and toys... I LOVE TOYS!!! I have a dog foster brother who I really like to play with too and I’ve even got to meet some of his friends. We all play together and I really like having another dog around so I would like to go to a forever home that has another dog please.
Foster mom says the best thing about me is that I’m potty trained, well that and my irresistible underbite. I know how to heal and sit and I can get in and out of the car now by myself. I’m working on come, stay, shake and down. It’s scary learning new things but I’m trying!
I’m still pretty shy when I meet new people but once I know them I love people of all sizes. I even met a 2 year old and did good with her. I don’t know what a cat is so I don’t know if I like them or not.
Another thing you should know about me is that when I came from Texas, I had something called mange (non-contagious) so I’ve been treated for that and foster mom gives me a special bath twice a week and sprays me with something to help the iching. For now I still have some spotchy patches but in time all of my fur will be thick and silky again.
