Normand is a spunky ball of energy. He frequently gets the zoomies, especially for food and walks. He is house and crate trained, and paws at the door if he needs to go potty. He is very nervous and timid around new people, but he’s quick to warm up to you! He is a big cuddle bug, and is happy as long as someone is petting him or holding him.
