Nellie is one lucky dog, she was rescued by one of our animal control officers from an abandoned home where she carefully watched over her 7 small puppies. Nellie and her pups went into a loving foster home which has prepared her for her next step in life--finding her permanent, responsible home. Nellie is a very intelligent, athletic dog with a drive to learn new skills, and would thrive with an active adopter who is willing to provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She is also incredibly loving and loyal, this dog will be your friend for life if you open your home to her.
