Meet Nanook
Nanook was surrendered to rescue when his elderly owner went into a nursing home. He had always been kept as an outdoor dog, but he quickly took to the comforts of his foster home. He loves to lay on the couch all day, only getting up for food and to stretch his legs in the yard when he needs to go potty.
At 15 years old, his vision and hearing is not as sharp as it used to be, but he still loves to follow his fosters around the house. He lives with kids, cats and dogs and is calm and gentle around them. If you're looking to bring home a sweet-tempered 70-lb teddy bear, Nanook could be the one!
