Meet the sweetest gal this side of the Mississippi, Nala!

Nala was surrendered to her local shelter when her family could no longer keep her. She's 10 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and recently had a dental cleaning (She only has a few teeth left). Nala is a Chug (Pug-Chihuahua). Nala is potty trained and knows how to use a dog door.

She has a super sweet personality. Loves to be a couch potato, goes on walks and does well with other animals (dogs, cats & rabbits). She does have some separation anxiety, so her ideal home would be one where someone works from home, or is gone for short hours at a time. When she first came to us she would bark/howl whenever the humans would leave the house. At her current foster home, they haven't had that issue. But we want everyone to be aware before you consider adding her to your family.

Nala is pretty healthy for her age. She has a grade 1 heart murmur, so be aware and have it checked at her yearly appointments. She does have some arthritis, joint supplements and fish oil will help with that.
