Today’s #FeatureFriday goes out to Nadine!

Nadine has been on our intake waitlist for over a year, but has had no serious foster interest. Not only has she been the longest member of our wait list, but she’s also the longest resident at her shelter @boonekyanimalshelter. While we would love to help find her a foster home so we can make her an official member of the LPC crew, what we would love more would be to help her find her forever home ??

Nadine had acl surgery back in November on her right knee, but unfortunately, after recovering from surgery she went back to her self-destructive behavior at the shelter. The stress of being in a kennel so long led to her also tearing her left ACL, on which she has recently had surgery.

Nadine is now recovering again, but we want nothing more than to help her find a place in rescue, and eventually a forever home of her own. No dog deserves to spend a year in a shelter environment, especially when they are as stressed as Nadine is. She needs a home where she can flourish and show just how much of a happy, laid-back girl she is.

Nadine’s favorite things are dogs, toys, and French fries ? Nadine is also crate trained and potty trained, she only has one request, no cats!!

We provide a kennel, food, veterinary care as needed, as well as treats and toys as they are donated! You just provide the love and the occasional ride to adoption events. And since she is fully vetted and healed, she will be a pretty easy foster!
