Meet Music!
Music is a sweet, spunky, 1-year-old mixed breed pup who's as unique as her name. We think she's a Pitt/Australian Shepherd mix, but honestly, she’s a hodgepodge of so many wonderful qualities, it's hard to say for sure! Music is short, stocky, and full of personality, with a smushy Shar-Pei face, German Shepherd-type coloring, and ears that have their own flair. She's got a look that's all her own, and we think that makes her even more adorable.

Music came to us from San Francisco Animal Services with her buddy Missy, after being surrendered by an owner who found it hard to keep up with two young, energetic dogs. These girls were fast favorites with the staff and volunteers thanks to their playful, social nature. They love playtime with other dogs and have great dog-to-dog skills.

Music is active and will need an experienced owner who can help her channel her energy in a positive way. She’s still working on her manners, especially with impulse control and her tendency to jump up, but her foster is making great progress. She’s a happy, lively girl who thrives with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation—definitely the type of pup who would love hiking or long walks with an active family.

While Music might be a bit too much for younger kids due to her enthusiasm, she’d do great in a home with older children or teens who can match her energy. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion to keep up with your active lifestyle, Music just might be the perfect match!

All our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated to date and microchipped through the rescue.
