Meet Munchkin AKA Ollie: Ollie is a 7 month old (as of October 10, 2024) lab / retriever mix (best guess) that weighs about 48 pounds. Ollie was part of a lucky little litter (Bowser, Socks, O'Malley, Violet, Panther, Munchkin and Sandi) that were born in the safety of a loving foster home In Pennsylvania. Their mom (Holli) was found outside tied to a tree during a snow storm. A wonderful volunteer spoke to the owner who surrendered their mom and her family to the rescue. Holli was determined to be pregnant and had enough time to safely transport to Pennsylvania before having her litter. Munchkin was adopted, renamed Ollie, and now is being rehomed because of the cat in his current home who is stressed out with Ollie in the home. It is breaking the current adopters hearts to rehome this beautiful boy but due to their cats health they must. Ollie is staying in his current home in Vienna, VA until his new family is found. We can coordinate for meet and greet opportunities. Ollie is a happy go lucky boy who loves everyone he meets! He is curious and inquisitive and tries to help with all household chores and yard work. Ollie happily greets other dogs and wants nothing more than to run and play with them. He has regular playdates with different dogs in the neighborhood and he is not territorial or possessive about his toys, yard or his people. Ollie would absolutely love to have a dog playmate in his new home. Ollie loves the water, and riding in cars. Ollie is house broken and crate trained. He rarely barks. He is not bothered by loud noises, such as thunder, fireworks, etc. Ollie currently lives with a family of musicians and will frequently fall asleep during band practice. Ollie would love a fenced in yard to run and play freely. Ollie is neutered, micro-chipped and has all available shot series.
